Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Centre Director. This leadership role requires balancing clinical excellence with administrative oversight, ensuring high-quality care for children and families. Directors are expected to maintain 35% billable requirements while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals for home, community, and center-based programs.
• Design and implement behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data collection systems to evaluate progress toward individualized goals.
• Train and support behavior therapists in implementing clinical programs, data collection, and behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
• Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure if applicable.
• 3–5 years of experience working with children ages 0–16 with developmental disabilities.
• Experience implementing ABA principles in clinical, educational, or allied health settings.
• Preferred:
• Experience delivering ABA services in classroom or clinical settings.
• Broader background in Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services.
