Data Entry Clerk Job Overview: TheData Entry Clerkwill enter customer and account data, working within Excel, utilizing quick typing skills, and being able to maintain confidentiality.

Data Entry Clerk Shift : 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (onsite)

Data Entry Clerk Pay: $18/hour

Data Entry Clerk Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of data entry experience or related office experience
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Excel
• Quick and accurate typing skills
• Computer Savvy

Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry Clerk Key Duties:

• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Answers customers' telephone calls with simple questions regarding address changes, account verification
• Other entry level administrative tasks
