GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA) is looking for a motivated
Entry Level Health Scientist to join our technical practice in
Boulder, Colorado . As an Early Career Health Scientist, you will work on a wide variety of exciting projects amongst a team of dedicated scientists and engineers. Our close-knit culture here at GZA will allow you to apply your expertise and diversify your skill set by participating in gratifying projects. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals, who will in turn look to you to share technical knowledge and ideas. Our success relies on this collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with the writing, editing, and production of technical work products, presentations, and proposals
- Critically evaluate and summarize scientific literature on environmental and occupational health topics
- Assist with quantitative exposure and risk assessments
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in cell and molecular biology, toxicology, occupational and environmental health sciences, or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of human health risk assessment and the role of toxicology therein
- Ability to analyze scientific literature and data
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with the EndNote reference manager software preferred, but not required

The base salary range for this position is
$65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
