Role: Event Staff

Event: Innovation + Design Conference

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for a large scale design conference. As part of our team you will be providing general event support. We offer a flexible schedule and accept entry-level candidates.

About the event: This innovation + design conference brings together leaders in creativity in all areas, including entertainment, media, product design, engineering, manufacturing, construction and architecture. Rate: $22.00/hr + Overtime for applicable shifts
Location: San Diego, CA
Dates: Sunday, October 13th - Thursday, October 17th (and you aren't required to work all dates to be considered)
Shifts: Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift!

A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

Job duties will be one or more of the following:
- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
- Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:
• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus but not required
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.

Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.

Promotional work is super-flexible, and the pay is great! You pick and choose the events that you are interested in, so you can work as much or as little as you want. No strings attached.
