• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte Tilbury counter at Nordstrom, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience
• Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Nordstrom management and staff, collaborating on promotional strategies and driving sales initiatives
• Conduct regular training sessions to educate beauty advisors on product knowledge, brand heritage, and the art of makeup application
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize productivity and sales growth
• Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the Charlotte Tilbury brand and create an enticing shopping environment for customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or beauty industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Passion for beauty, with a deep understanding of makeup application techniques and skincare
• Knowledge of the beauty industry, trends, and competitor landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
