Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. Establish and maintain industry contacts through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations, and networking. Support company policies and philosophy. Ensure all personnel operate within OSHA standards and safety policies. Comply with Fair Housing rules. Seek educational opportunities for personal growth. Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Asset Manager. Compensation is commensurate with experience and may not be reflected in this posting.
